Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' advance notice of appointment cancellations. You will be charged 50% of your total services. Online booking deposits will not be refunded for late cancelations and no-shows. Gift certificates will be deducted by 50% of the service price. We know that unexpected events can come up. However, recurring cancellations may prevent you from rebooking in the future. No-shows will not be rebooked.
